Substitutions, cancellations and refund policy

Substitutions welcome at any time. Written cancellations made four weeks before the conference date will be subject to a full refund. Written cancellations made two weeks before the conference date will be subject to a 50% + VAT refund per ticket. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the conference date cannot be refunded. Optimus Education reserves the right to alter the programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the programme in which case all monies will be refunded.

When will I receive the invoice for my delegate place?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we have received your registration. Your invoice will be sent out 2 – 3 days later.

When do I have to pay the registration fee? 

Payment must be received before the conference or 30 days from the invoice date. If you envisage this being a problem, please contact us to discuss.

What if I can't pay till after the event?

If it is not possible for you to pay before the event please contact us. We will ask you to sign an attendance at the conference registration desk.

Are the registration fees including taxes? 

Yes, the registration fee includes taxes.

Can I pay online? 

We are currently unable to process online payments. Please follow payment instructions on your invoice.

When will I receive joining instructions?

Joining instructions will be sent via email 3-4 weeks before the event.

When do I need to select my sessions?

The registration fee includes the admission to the summit and all sessions, downloadable speakers’ presentations post event, accommodation, food and beverages.

What do I need to do if I want to cancel my registration?

Cancellations need to be made in writing via email, post or fax.

When will I receive my event badge?

You will receive your badge when you arrive at the event. When you receive your joining instructions please ensure all details are correct as these are what will be printed on the badge.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is smart/casual.

When do I select my dietary requirements?

We will request your dietary requirements when we send the joining instructions. However, if you need to order kosher meal, please let us know at least 2 weeks before the conference start date.
