Opening a conversation - using technology to give your students a voice

Skodel Check-In is simply the easiest way for schools to understand pupil mental health and wellbeing. In a busy school environment, pupil wellbeing fluctuates quickly and quietly, so pupil voice and real-time visibility is essential. Skodel Check-In is the non-disruptive solution to this.

Skodel Check-In easily allows schools to:

  • Quickly assess pupil’s mental health and wellbeing
  • Self-evaluate and direct resource efficiently
  • Measure positivity amongst the pupil population
  • Give every pupil a voice that is heard – encouraging them to share more with their teachers

Support pupils to understand and effectively manage their own mental health & wellbeing

At Mental Health UK, we know there is a growing need for support for young people, with most long-term mental health problems beginning in adolescence: 75% of mental illnesses start before a person’s 18th birthday. Evidence shows that providing good, early preventative support in the right place at the right time can help to avoid deterioration in young people’s mental health, and equip them for the challenges of everyday life. That’s why we created Bloom – the largest UK-wide programme for 14-18 year olds which focuses on supporting young people’s mental health resilience. Our Bloom programme is free and fully funded by our partnership with Lloyd’s Banking Group.
